Agreed I am not bashing just baffled with how they deal with customers and shareholders alike. I challenege anyone to call this company during business hours and see if you first get a live person and if you leave them a message do they respond back to you in a timely manner. I mean I have called just posing questions about purchasing the product and they dont respond back. Just alittle bizarre to me.
