Old information? It's the last period reported by the company. Can't get current info because the T/A is gagged. No dilution? Why not ungag the T/A then? Look at the financial statements and figure out where they would get cash to operate for a day if not from issuing new stock. And you really think that after 575% dilution in 4.5 months, they wouldn't put out a PR stating the OS and that there will be no further dilution if that were the case.
