dumb unrelated question about technicals.

using money flow on a daily 15 minue chart I sometimes see that money flow is increasing despite a drop in price. If I change the time frame to 1 minute or 5 minute , the money flow then changes, so obviously it is dependent on the time frame of the trade information.

if the money flow is positive and the stock price is falling
like the 1 minute money flow for today on omg, does that mean that the stock is being accumulated?

if the money flow is negetive, like in todays chart of OMG with 5 minute data, does this mean it is being shorted?

and the MFI data gives even a different picture, using 5 minute data: it just oscillates around the middle
