Yep. Just about anybody. The fact that people are buying more at these levels doesn't mean much, as they have been buying in "a range". I think if you asked them if they thought it would continue up in a straight line, or re-trace, they would have said probably the latter. They are buying for the future, and you can't laugh at them yet because that ain't here yet. They may yet prove far smarter than you.
