Until there is a formal change, new management, I do not think we can trust the current leadership to do anything upstanding. Two or four are being investigated by the FEDS for less than outstanding past business practices. Not sure if it is fair to lump Bubba in there, but he certainly has much to learn about being on a BOD.
I believe that 10 cents is a good starting point for the next go. Lets hope that any other changes does not cut the number of available shares... in half or less. (reverse split)
