I highly doubt JD would post such information on an iHub board hence why I suggest picking up the phone &/or emailing EXSA/JD if you have questions or concerns & i'm sure they will do their best to get those questions answered... i do believe that the past has tainted some, and hence why this wont really fly till the name change is really set in stone, we all know that, and that is why you are so insistent on knowing if it's nearing completion.. its exciting, and I think the company is very excited for it to happen too... BCS is not an idea like Freedom Grill was, BCS does not need capital, they have a business in a sector valued @ 40x earnings... not selling grills lol
