Tech - I wouldn't put too much credence in that when you have the likes of QL and SteelPlantech commercially marketing the KDS.

Those two companies clearly know far more about the current status and viability of the KDS.

Need to see more details on the BMSPF proposal before it would be even worth commenting on further, IMO.
