From what I've seen with Madoff and Matt are there ANY honest dealings in the stock market? It is rife with corruption. What we (I!) need is a wild west mentality with a touch of Eliot Ness and Matt Dillon thrown in and let these guys loose to clean up Dodge.

The SEC is useless!
