Yes and that is good as they elected to cancel the HM3 shares all 1 billion of them and they did not elect to do a reverse split. As you said it is now just a waiting game and pretty much out of their hands and as soon as the paperwork is done and lawyers review it I am sure the Pr is probably already to go.
