.The company is looking into the matter of the change in the quotation status in Frankfurt. This is NOT as a result of any failure by the company to provide requested information. There has been no prior notice of this step. We are awaiting a reply from Deutsche Borse to our enquiry. For your interest, earlier this year, we reached out to the investment dealership which originally sponsored our Frankfurt listing to ensure that suitable attention was being given to this listing, This (documented) communication was dated April 6, 2011.
In summary:
We are looking into the reason that the WMU.F symbol is not generating a quotation in Frankfurt.
We have not been informed that we have failed to meet any obligation
We, on our own initiative, reached out already on April 6th, in writing, to determine how to ensure the proper support and attention to the Frankfurt listing.
This matter may be merely administrative and may have an easy remedy.
The company will report back to you as soon as possible with more information and positive steps being taken.
