I agree the company is or will dilute. You all should not be here if you believe these companies are cash rich and don't need to raise capital. It's pretty clear to me they are trying to raise 5M based on the filings. How do you raise 5M. I've been in penny's long enough and in this one for almost two years. Your rookies here on this. I have millions of shares, lost a lot of profits but understand the big picture. If your looking for unrealistic runs it won't be here. They need money for their operations, read the financials, or don't, but making yourselves look foolish with no substance will only have you selling low and buying high. Stay for awhile and if it goes back to the .01's or goes to .10 so be it. The most important thing here is the product, the potential and the person behind the product. Guys, he isn't doing this for free. The company needs some of our money to see these initiatives through, I get it, that's why they call it an investment, ever heard of that? If I can sit on 7M shares and several thousand dollars in profits dry up, then I think you all can take it easy and either know in the big picture we go to .50 or more or subpenny land. Whatever the case, I really don't care about this drama because I believe in the product. Cheers!
