The fact that there were 6 class action suits is irrelevant. Essentially they are all the same suit, with the various ambulance chaser firms fishing to get the best lead plaintiff. If in fact a class is certified they WILL be a single suit going forward.

These guys are vultures. They will circle and feed whether the carcass is dead of natural causes or foul play, and if the intended main course is not dying quick enough to suit them they will engage in some fowl play of there own to speed things along.
