Just sent him an email, read below... I don't expect him to answer any of these questions but what the heck, can't hurt to try. Any response would be nice. However, it does let them know about concerns we have and maybe he will address it in a PR at some point. GLTA... PSPW!!!

Mr. Durrant,

I hope this finds you well.

I know you are busy but hope you can clear up a few things relating to the Rudana projects (i.e. Albania) that were to be rolled into PSPW before the merger. Can you confirm if this has occurred (I didn't see that it had in the recent filing) and if not when this is to occur?

Also, the shares that were 'previously' owned by Rudana did not show up in the recent filing. Have those shares been transferred or sold to one of the entities mentioned in the filing, or were they canceled? I have a concern that it is not clear where these have gone and that they could be sold into the market without regulation or knowing about it.

Lastly, will there be a ticker change with the new company?

If all goes as announced, I am very excited about the future of 3Power.
