I'm a bit impaired by rum, but here is my opinion. People are focused on 1.4 billion barrels, which is a fun number, but it isn't going to happen in the short term. The first phase only includes project 1. What I'm saying is that the other 3 projects are very likely to happen because Renfro is very connected to them. The website very clearly shows that this is a three year project. The link you show, however, makes it look like it all happens immediately. Patience is the key. This is not a short term play.
