I hope the DC action is as powerful of a reason and close enough of an eventual and realistic possibility of happening, to make a reasonable settlement happen.

Someone said it best... until the gun is against someone's head, cocked and loaded with enough finger pressure being applied to begin to make the chambers rotate to the next bullet's firing position... the greed and ego will stand firm.

I think we have finger pressure being applied.
