Takeda looks like they are taking over Nycomed for $12.3 billion. Nycomed has changed hands numerous times over the last 12 years starting with Nordic Capital buying it for about $500 mil back in 1999. (from Amersham)

I actually remember Nordic buying it, selling it a couple of years later and then buying a big portion back again in 2005.
