Kid, you bet they should have been made aware of it. But when you are a public company who's only connection and duty to that public is to creatively and continually confiscate and transfer the equity from their investment in EXPH shares to your own bank accounts, not much information gets passed down. Well...not much truthful information. Got to make sure I keep that clear. The "truth" shareholders are supposed to believe is that during periods when Expo's mangement is lying and misleading they are doing so "unwittingly" as they are completely divorced from the slightest decision making whatsoever...having no idea whatsoever of company policy or it's future plans. However when you want to confirm any of those decisions, future plans or company policy as the whole truth and nothing but the truth, WHOA....the ONLY way you can possibly do that is to "pick up the phone" and call those same completely innocent, detached, blameless and out of the loop honest, hard working, integrity filled individuals acting as CEO and BOD members who are NOW the authority and final say on everything from soup to nuts at Expo, LMAO. It just boggles the mind....all IMHO.
