Anyone else find a problem with this Expo Holdings theory?

On one hand current management has absolutely nothing to do with policy. They receive no compensation, make no decisions, know absolutely nothing about the future of the company and have zero input into day to day business decisions. They are just there being "the face" of the company, sitting around the office, maybe selling a few screw drivers on EBay and using the fax machine for their Handiman business or sandwich shop. Then on the other hand when convenient to the situation, you can get any definitive answer you want anytime to any question by making a simple phone call to these same people...who have no direct knowledge or input into the information you are seeking. And shouldn't, truth be told, be able to answer any such questions truthfully if they were capable or desirous of such an act.

Expo Holdings just becomes harder and harder to figure out every day for it's shareholders....all IMHO.
