The Company’s revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2011 was $5,084,052 and net income (loss)of ($567,814) as compared to revenue of $1,677,136 and net income (loss) of ($201,510) for the same period for the three months ended March 31, 2010. The change in revenue and loss was primarily because effective Feb 4, 2011 MITRX Corporation, a South Carolina corporation and subsidiary of MIT Holding, Inc. acquired Palmetto Long Term Care Pharmacy, LLC and National Direct Home Pharmacy, Inc.
