In the end whats the tangible evidence? People speculating on big news coming over huge volume created by a big buyer? No one was forced to buy and its not a crime to speculate on a stock MSNBC does it all day, i know your saying it was a coordinated buy to inflate the price and sell off the people who bought into the speclation i just dont think thats a crime, definitaly criminal though.
