Recently we have only been dealing will our old and established retail clientele.

Today if we say our commission is blank blank we cannot go off that commission structure. Hence by saying our structure is the max we are leaving ourselves the flexibility to charge retail rates with our established retail clientele until we commence our Internet operations.
