they have been a "going concern" for a long time just like any development stage pharma that has yet to get their drug to market...by nature companies in this situation are considered a going concern because their only source of income is the sale of stock and notes by private investors...that is nothing new here or in any of these type companies so im not worried about that language in the 10q....
