I suspected this guy had following motives, which of-course i have seen many companies

1. hide the company from wallstreet so no capital raise can be done. u hardly see this company presenting anywhere
2. let the company burn all cash and default on his loans
3. provide a huge dilutive financing to the company, so he gets all the profits from OP and possibly even OA indication
