Not too unusual - it generally takes 4 or 5 months to get a merger going, etc.

The good news about this is we are nearing PRIME time in terms of the average typical wait time after a reinstatement event.

It was not reinstated for NO REASON - Clearly the powers that be behind the reinstatement have or are working on some kind of deal and we are getting closer every day
