Try telling that to the people that bought at .19, then .17, then .10, then .08, then .06, then .04...etc...

In other words, I respectfully disagree. The PPS is sinking because people's confidence in management is sinking. I think most people invested believe that the properties are great and that JB may have found something of real value. It shot to .19 when a potential JV with NAK was announced. However, and properly so, I think most people have very little faith in JB's ability to manage and build this company without NAK.

It is VERY strange to me that no JV has been finalized after so much time from the initial announcement. Especially considering that FMM HAS.
