mgmt updated <via their website today>

status re: DTC eligibility .. not surprisingly
it's NOT A DTC ISSUE >> RATHER A PENSON ISSUE

i know .. i'm shocked .. too .. NOT

but of course i knew that early in MAY when i
saw the list *compiled* and read the BS excuses
the saps at zecco had to feed the masses who've
been *once again* CONNED by a system so polluted
it makes a toxic dump look clean

The company (via it’s transfer agent) has now been notified that EXPH is DTC eligible. This information came from a DTC representative. The company’s transfer agent is pursuing additional information (from the DTC) since it is contradictory to earlier information received. Additional shareholder updates regarding this subject should be expected.

positive news .. it will be ridiculed via posts on
the exph board and of course NOT *updated* .. lol

gee anyone want to take a gander on which .. er *entity*
shorted the crap out of exph .. after *running* the stock
2 x in 2009 .. it's a tough one
