I like Ninja's post and it actually would be a good plan to get the stock rolling again. However, I don't see why they would RS in Ninja's Scenario. They would be better off to issue more shares at that point at a higher PPS due to the Reverse Merger.
All of this is specualtion at this point. I have my lottery shares and we shall see.
