Sorry ensign but 'this thing' (CGSYQ) no longer has any connection to any 8k's??

All 8k's being filed now only reflect the financial results of the 'new' private company... GC Pivotal, LLC.
CGSY is technically out of business pending completion of the wind down.

The asset transfer has been underway since Jan 26 and will only be final when the regulatory approvals are received (or Aug 8 arrives). The final closing date is up to the BUYER of the assets, GC Pivotal, LLC and depends on receipt of what's needed from third party sources. Any amount of jumping up and down and speculating about dates won't speed things up...it only confuses those that don't understand the process.
