That is why I suggest getting a giant like Sprint involved. They have the $$ to push a worm like Diac back underground, implement ASNAP on their network while enjoying the competitive advantage, and then go after all the other infringers and make them pay big time.
Let AT&T pay up for T-Mobile ($billions even if the deal is not allowed by the FCC) but they better save some scratch for us!
