The Company has also announced that it is creating a new operating unit, North Bay Capital Group ("NBCG"), to facilitate the management of future joint-ventures in the US. The Company is working to create new EB-5 Regional Centers in Nevada, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, and Oregon, to provide EB-5 funding for additional projects (the funding vehicle for new mining projects in the US which are currently under consideration.)
Longs feel certain we will see an announcement concerning expansion into Nevada in the near future. It is my understanding that the Ruby Mine is set to start up virtually as soon as the northern center EB-5 funding is approved.
