How has it been missed considering today, Monday i.e. the day AFTER your post, is the 16th? I didn't put any words in your mouth, I assumed you thought it was a deadline for the deal because I mistakingly assumed you misunderstood what the deadline was for based on your previous misguided, misinformed posts about a deadline that was clearly extended indefinitely by both participating parties for those of us that have read the filings, but obviously you just don't understand basic logic. How is not missing a deadline a red flag? Is the filing late yet? No. How is that a red flag?

Filing deadline: May 16th 2011. What is today? May 16th 2011. Seems like the deadline has yet to be passed to anyone that can read a calender.
Closing deadline: extended indefinitely. . . not missed.
The filing is due May 16th 2011. It is not late until May 17th 2011, unless of course they receive an extension. Either way, the filing is NOT currently late. Do you understand now? Do I need to explain further why your "bad sign" holds no water whatsoever?
