It seems to me that a lot of OTC stocks typically have quite long periods of flatlining (sideways charts), without any real trend in evidence. If you check that out on the OTGI chart, you find three or four months when the share price was stuck in a narrow range. Then the share price went up about five times in ten trading days. Another case in point is FBCD; it too was in a narrow trading range for around four months, then it moved from 2 cents to 7.7 cents in just a few trading days.

NMKEF (I don't think you mean "NMSKEF"!) is taking its time, but investors need to take that in their stride by keeping calm. It just has too much going for it to stay at these levels indefinitely.
