thanks, i appreciate the background. I have followed the company for 2-3 years and i did not hear him say/claim such things. Altough the last AGM - he talked about the issues - delays, why and how they overcame - so i guess he confessed to his sins in a way.

Anyway, had some luck with it previosly and recently bought again as the stock looks pretty strong here and being accumulated. Acuity has 17% stake in the company. I will probably sell it if it exhibits weakness.
