I'am ok with (HFBG) increaseing the A/S. I think most folks would agree if the company were actually using the money to grow the business. But, that hasn't been the case at all. After billions of shares sold, still no major results. The minor results HFBG has posted could have been generated with far less input in terms of capital. The operation reeks of terrible inefficiency at best and outright criminality at worst. I lean toward the latter. Where has all the money gone? HFBG is unwilling to give shareholders a clear answer to that question. It's quite clear the funds have been misappropriated by CFO Calvin Ross and COO Giovanni Luciano. Waters
