No. Massive A/S increases that CFO Calvin Ross tried to hide from shareholders.
It was quite clear HFBG tried to hide the increase.
It only became public knowledge after activist shareholders did some digging. Ross would have continued to dilute, without making the A/S increase known, had it not been discovered by folks.
See. That's the problem. The deception. The lack of transparency. That reeks of shady behavior at best. And criminal activity at worst.
Calvin Ross definitely doesn't see anything wrong with massive A/S, as it provides more fuel for his personal ATM--the share selling scam called HFBG.
This is supposed to be a beverage company...the capital raised to build the business.
But, as history has shown, it's a share selling SCAM...the capital raised serving to line the pockets of the principals (Ross & Luciano)
