hang ten, You would have thought, that if Tricadia had a plan, and commons were going to soar in the future, they would have bought some before the quarter ending March 31, 2011... However, then didn't... So what does that mean, if anything? Not sure. Maybe others on this Board will have some thoughts on this...

If Tricadia bought commons, would that be consider insider trading?
