IMWL DD & ALL-TIME HIGH ACCUMULATION

IMWL was acquired in 2009 by Wiltshire Smyth ~ who owns a few others companies ~ Wiltshire Smyth is an acquisition company

www.wiltshiresmyth.com ~

They also own:

http://uniquetransportationsolutions.com/

Which are all in the energy business... has IMWL been buying back shares this whole time to merge publicly with one of these companies? they have been targeting acquisitions, and are owned by the same group. except these are not on the public marketplace... YET.

the key things that hint to me a share buy back are this:

look at all the volume mid/late last year and even towards the beginning of this year... how much volume was traded and how little movement happened... NOW LOOK AT IMWL... next to NOTHING moves this stock and ACCUMULATION IS AT ALL-TIME HIGHS!!!

All time highs folks... this thing is set to run multi-pennies IMO... the MMs really have no shares here, and NITE is accumulating shares heavily. 2M a pop...

IMWL looks like it could be the next SWME RLTR ATIG PYBX type mover from 0001x0002 to over 006+

Filings show the OS has not changed in 5 years. No filings in a year and since their last filing heavy accum. has taken place... Also updates on their website and wiltshires had more acquisitions... The TA said OS was 116M in march and late last yr had stated the number had decreased too... Now all of a sudden the TA says they dont give out that info for any stock. Several have changed this way... And now IMWL is moving on less and less shares... You do the math!!!
