very nice post based on personal experience. I have the same experience. There are some BK stocks you want to stay away from. What makes this one different is you have a successful company like Pivotal Group already involved to purchase the assets AND they hold debentures on the ticker side. Those you will not just see every day. Then add in the $78mm in NOLS credits and well, there you go imo.

But there have been some that have come out of BK with shares intact which have made people lots of money (me included). These Q stocks are definitely high risk, no doubt about that but I feel its worth the gamble.
