After the Beverly post to all share holders, the conversation between Philimon and Micheal. Micheal stated "Rumors that the merger/acquisition was a dead issue were debunked here, and now this false statement supposedly coming from board member Beverly Zaslow became an issue that we dealt with".

That saids the merger is in place an not dead! and a financial group buying shares. Game time!
