You are right mojo and that is why dilution doesnt matter to many here, and why you cant seem to convince anyone that it matters. I think just about anyone you ask who is a shareholder here would tell you they don't plan on selling out because it is a "long" term play.

Dilution hurts the short term PPS of any company. The thing is "short" and "long" are a matter of perspective.

In my personal case I got in here at .015 and have continued to buy since then. I am averaged in below .07. A price you will never see again without bankruptcy. I have waited 2 years and have almost 1000% gain on my core shares. All my shares except a few are green. What do you think I consider "long or short"?
Others, like our friend Ed, really don't like it when the price drops because he feels a threat to his money. I feel the opposite I take it as a blessing because I can see the same vision Kim can. I can see the uses for the product he is on the edge of selling. I see a chance to keep my average as low as I can

Will he dilute? I am sure at some point he will just to build the company personal.

Does he have to dilute. Hell no. You must not have ever had a business or bought a home before, or you would know just about any kind of deal can fly as long as both parties agree. If sigma agrees to give Kim a new state of the art lab for another 2% royalties I seriously doubt we would ever see dilution.

You are right I have wishful thinking in the long term vision. What would you expect from someone who expects to have made a good investment. If I was wishing for failure and supposedly had money here I would be as dumb as a sack of hammers

Remind you of anyone.....?
