I wish I knew how it will turn out---I would say though that if Tricadia wants to maximize value.. why stop at the value of the cdo/trups? Why not make a full go of it? But they're CDO managers, I can't see them 'getting their hands dirty'.

Thus there should be someone to enter the pic but it should be in the POR. They will be the one to use the NOLs by running a profitable biz.
