Why does Dr. Russell continue to predict? Perhaps not publicly but he continues to do it in conversations with you.

I'm beginning to get a funny feeling with this company. Not filing on time, promises of riches in the future ..... I'm not liking this feeling even though my average cost is still below the current price.
