There is plenty of DD that people can do.

-Check the FCC for licensing
-Call Satview, the radio stations, and television stations
-Read through the old PRs and see how much of it has actually come to be
-Check out the Investor Presentation and notice the same thing
-Do comparison valuations of other cable systems and see what a fully developed one is worth
-Call Dan directly and get it straight from the horse's mouth.

Do I find the delay in the release of numbers a bit concerning? Yes. Do I think it the end of the world? No. Watching what has happened over the last few years and how Dan operates, I feel he still warrants trust.

As we mentioned time and time again, there is a business plan being implemented. The average penny watcher wants a 25%-50% move in three days and he is gone. This is a different vehicle. Those who see it will remain true and those who dont, will bail. In another 6 months we will see who was correct.

But having naysayers is always a good thing.
