Moxy I agree with you on that!! I can not deny that. I can only pull from past experience from when My father owned 15 Nursing Colleges back in The eighties and when he was bought out that the audit took a lot longer than 60 days to complete. The accountants office was also attached to our Corporate Head quarters too. Then there where the lawyers from both sides of the deal and 15 different Venture Capitol Companies that were there also that needed to be brought up to date with how the cash flowed through the schools and from the Federal Government through the loans and Grants. They went over a 256 page contract line by line word by word and then there were amendments that had to be edited in it and then reprinted and so on and so fourth but It would be nice to know where we stand.
