The founder, Adrian Beeston appears to be on the management team of at least two other finance companies, Debondo Energy Group and Halston Capital:

On the other hand, who knows? Maybe Sunlogics has enlisted other help besides NCP Capital in their effort to raise financing? Seems to be this guy Beeston's line of work
