Babs, I didn't answer my own question. There is a reason a verdict is called "NOT GUILTY" an not "INNOCENT". Not guilty simple means, not proven beyond and to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt.
Are you suggesting the FBI agent lied? I guess that could happen, but I have alot of respect for federal agents. Are you just assuming they lied because he was acquitted. Gee, what a concept, never has a guilty man "walked" or "got off", LOL.
