However - i never said that the phase II will count toward approval - i said if they can duplicate the results in a phase III, they will get approved by the FDA.

Phase III is a single registration trial required by FDA for approval and company has an SPA in hand. It will have two parts - first one has 80 patients and second aprox 200 patients.

Since you have determined that its a scam, i will stop here and not bother with the rest. Happy investing to you.
