The Filing happened on May 6th. I am so Pumped to hear what it's for. Obviously he has set something in place. I agree this is awesome, and is not for dilution. I know someone who spoke to Jim directly, and he said flat out I am not interested in diluting Shareholders.


If that person on this board feels like sharing that with you folks i'll leave it up to him.
