[Must Be Patient]

I'm really tempted to pick up GFRE here, but I haven't yet. The biggest concern I have is: why was War Chest in such a rush to get out of their GFRE shares that they would (indirectly) sell them so cheaply to HAP? And, what did HAP find out that made them want to dump so quickly, when they must have known that level of dumping would collapse the share price?
