Average 10 day volume is a measly, ridiculous, pathetic, lame 18,000. I would venture to guess the 80k(which is extremely rare volume) was dilution.

This is a penny stock remember - billionaire or not as the CEO.

As far as the daily Reg Sho numbers they don't mean anything if there are enough shares in the till to buy. You have to look at the 6 months short volume report for more accurate data.
